Landing Point organizes and advances the HESSON family’s proprietary carbonated crystal platform, bringing together formulation know-how, process discipline, and commercial-scale manufacturing built over more than three decades. Rather than operating as a single-product business, the platform is structured to support multiple applications through shared technical foundations, allowing formulations, formats, and manufacturing pathways to be adapted to partner and category requirements without rebuilding from scratch.

Core elements of the platform include:

• Multiple base crystal systems designed to support a range of functional and regulatory use cases

• Gas-based activation systems, primarily utilizing carbon dioxide to create the characteristic sensory effect, with awareness of alternative gas architectures developed historically in the category
